1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintStint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintStint provides freelancer operations tools for clients, projects, tasks, time tracking, invoicing, reporting, subscription management and set-aside estimate visibility.

3. Trial and Paid Plans

MintStint is intended as a paid service with a 30-day trial. MintStint features, prices, and billing periods may be updated before launch or as the Service changes.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, uploading malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of MintStint and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. No Professional Advice

Set-aside estimates, invoice settings, reports, and other financial information in the Service are provided for planning and administration only. They are not tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. You remain responsible for checking your obligations with Inland Revenue, your accountant, tax agent, or another qualified adviser.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintStint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Reviewed" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
