Using Reports And Set-Aside Estimates

Filters

Use the Reports filters to narrow figures by date range, client, project, and time state. Client and project filters work together so project-linked time stays attached to the right client context.

Breakdowns

Reports show paid income, outstanding invoices, overdue amounts, tracked time, unbilled work, invoice aging, and client or project drill-downs. Use these views to spot work that is ready to invoice or client balances that need follow-up.

Exports

MintStint can export CSV files for invoices, time entries, clients, and set-aside planning. Exports reflect the filters currently applied to the report so you can prepare a focused review for yourself or your adviser.

Set-Aside Estimates

Set-aside figures are planning estimates based on your workspace settings and visible income or unbilled work. They are not tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice, and they do not replace Inland Revenue guidance, an accountant, or a tax agent.

Reports can save the current filtered estimate as a dated snapshot with a label and note. Saved snapshots preserve the basis, percentage, and estimated amount used at that time; they do not confirm that money was transferred to another account.
